REFUND POLICY
Cooling-off Period You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the product.
Conditions for Returns To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. The product must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Excluded from Returns The following products cannot be returned:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery
- Products that are custom-made or personalized
Return Costs The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Refund If you return the product, we will refund all amounts we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
