TERMS AND CONDITIONS GLOW & EASE

Article 1 - Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

  • Entrepreneur: Glow & Ease, glowandease.com
  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement between entrepreneur and consumer

Article 2 - Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.

Article 3 - The Offer

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered
  • Images are a truthful representation of the products offered
  • Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what the rights and obligations are

Article 4 - The Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and fulfillment of the conditions set
  • The entrepreneur may, within legal frameworks, inform himself whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations

Article 5 - Price

  • The prices stated in the offer include VAT (if applicable)
  • All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors

Article 6 - Delivery and Execution

  • The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products
  • The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the company
  • The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders expeditiously but no later than within 30 days

Article 7 - Payment

  • The consumer must pay orders via the offered payment methods
  • The entrepreneur is entitled to periodically check the creditworthiness of consumers

Article 8 - Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects
  • Complaints submitted to Glow & Ease will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt
